1. Are there any setup fees, monthly fees or hidden fees?
There are no setup fees, no monthly fees and no hidden fees. We don’t nickel and dime our clients. You always know what the total amount will be before placing your order. Sign Up today!
2. How do I open an account and what’s the cost?
Sign Up and enter in your information to open an account. It costs nothing, and it only takes about 3 minutes.
3. How long does it take to approve my account?
Account approval only takes a few minutes, if your application is concise and accurate. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Pacific.
4. How long will my background check take?
Our average turnaround time for a completed background check Year-To-Date (YTD) is just under 33 hours. International background checks may take 5-10 business days to complete depending on the country.
5. What if my background check contains inaccurate adverse information?
First, please don’t be alarmed. Second, contact us immediately at 1-888-GOBACK-1 option 3 to speak with a licensed investigator who will resolve your issue per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
6. Can I talk to a real person if I need help?

7. Who enters the background check?
Typically smaller to mid-sized clients enter their own background checks. However, for our larger clients we extended them the courtesy of entering their backgroud checks for FREE! Contact Greg Haap at 1-888-GOBACK-1 ext. 82 | gregh@GObackgrounds.com to see if your company qualifies.
8. How do I pay for your services?
For new clients we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. After 3 months of satisfactory payment history we will be happy to extend you Net (30) day terms. Referred clients are always extended Net (30) day terms.
