You and your company hereby agree to the End-User Agreement and to indemnify and hold harmless GObackgrounds.com and its parent company Collard Investigations Internationale, L.L.C. and its principals, employees, staff, independent contractors and third party providers from any legal liability associated with the procurement, preparation and dissemination of these confidential and privileged consumer reports for your company.
The End-User Agreement can also be found on the Sign Up page of the GObackgrounds.com website and in your secure on-line user account at > My Account tab > My Documents link when in the Classic View user account.
