What are some of the features of my account?

1. Enter Data. Typically our clients enter in their own information because it reduces input error and increases the efficiency of their HR Department. Simply enter in your applicant's data and proceed to selecting those searches or packages you want. | Photo
   
   
2. Order Reports. You can easily input your data quickly and efficiently. Select only those searches you want or choose from a list of packages. | Photo
   
   
3. Custom Packages. We can create a package specific to your company's needs and label it to fit that position. Once created, you can select a package and the searches are automatically configured for you to use. | Photo
   
   
4. Reports in Draft. Need to step away while inputting your background check? No problem. Just click Reports In Draft and all you work will still be there. You can pickup right where you left off.
   
   
5. Definitions. When selecting your searches and you are unsure of what a specific search does, just click the name of the search and a box will open to explain the search in easy to understand terms. It will also give you the turnaround time and special notes. | Photo
   
   
6. Prices. Your pricing is right there for you to see. You can add or remove searches BEFORE your place your order. Pay your account with a credit card. | Photo
   
   
7. Users. You can create as many user accounts as you like. This is a great feature if you have offices around the country that will be responsible for their own invoices. You can also restrict a user's permissions to view only certain items, like accounting, but not reports. | Photo
   
   
8. Report Management. Want to find a report quickly? You can search for a report by first name, last name, SSN, date of birth, date ordered, and more. | Photo
   
   
9. Applicant Status Box. As soon as you enter your account, you can see at a glance see what's completed, needs attention, in progress, archived or needs a status update. | Photo
